This is a product showcase. No orders are processed and no payment data is collected.

Currently, this site is a product showcase. We do not process orders or collect payment information. When commerce features are enabled, we will collect: name, email, shipping address, phone number, and payment details (processed by PCI-compliant third-party payment processors — we never store full card data on our servers). We also automatically collect technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and referral URLs.

2. How We Use Your Information

To process and fulfill orders, provide customer support, send order confirmations and shipping notifications, prevent fraud, and improve our products and services. We do not use your data for targeted advertising. If you create an account, we use your email to send transactional communications (order updates, shipping alerts) and, with your consent, marketing communications which you can opt out of at any time.

3. Cookies and Local Storage

We use necessary cookies and local storage to maintain your shopping cart, browsing session, and authentication state. 4. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use the following categories of third-party service providers: E-commerce platform: Shopify (or equivalent) for product catalog and order management. Payment processing: Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay (PCI-DSS compliant processors; we never store full card numbers). Shipping: USPS, UPS, FedEx for delivery. Email communications: Transactional and marketing email service providers. Analytics (future): Google Analytics or similar, only with your consent. Customer support: Help desk and ticketing tools. Each provider is bound by data processing agreements and must handle your data in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

We implement industry-standard security measures: TLS/SSL encryption for data in transit, encrypted storage for sensitive data, access controls limited to authorized personnel, and regular security reviews. Payment data is handled exclusively by PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant processors. Despite our efforts, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

7. Data Breach Response

In the event of a data breach affecting your personal information, we will: (a) conduct an immediate investigation to determine scope and impact, (b) notify affected users within 72 hours of confirming a breach that poses a risk to your rights or freedoms, (c) notify applicable regulatory authorities as required by law, (d) implement remediation steps to prevent recurrence, and (e) provide clear guidance on protective actions you can take. Notifications will be sent via email to the address on file and/or posted on this website.

8. Your Rights — CCPA and CPRA (California)

9. Your Rights — Other U.S. States

This site is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). 11. Email Marketing (CAN-SPAM Act Compliance)

This site is intended for U.S. customers only. We currently ship within the United States. If you access this site from outside the U.S., your information is still subject to U.S. privacy laws. We do not intentionally target users in the European Economic Area (EEA) or United Kingdom. If GDPR applies to you, contact us to exercise your rights.

14. Do Not Track Signals

Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" signal. We currently do not respond to Do Not Track signals because there is no industry consensus on how to interpret them. When we enable analytics in the future, we will review this position and update this policy accordingly.
