1. 1-Year Limited Warranty
All Qelora jewelry and accessories are covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, starting from the date of delivery. If you discover a manufacturing defect within this period, contact us for a free repair or replacement. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
2. What Is Covered
Defects in materials or workmanship, including: broken or loose solder joints, stone setting failures, clasp or closure mechanism failures, chain breakage at solder points, plating defects (peeling or bubbling within 1 year), and leather stitching defects.
3. What Is Not Covered
Normal wear and tear, scratches and dents from daily use, tarnishing (natural oxidation of silver/gold), damage from improper care or storage, lost or stolen items, modifications or repairs by third parties, damage from chemicals (perfume, chlorine, salt water, cleaning agents), and damage from accidents or impacts. 4. How to File a Warranty Claim
Email [email protected] with your order number, a description of the defect, and clear photos of the issue. We will review your claim within 2-3 business days and provide instructions for sending the item in for repair or replacement. Do not send items without prior approval.
5. Warranty Transfer
This warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser who bought the product directly from qeloratrading.com. If you received the item as a gift, the warranty period begins from the original purchase date. The original purchaser may file a warranty claim on behalf of a gift recipient. Items purchased from third-party retailers or resold are not covered under this warranty.
6. Out-of-Warranty Repairs
We offer paid repair services for items outside the warranty period or for damage not covered by warranty. Services include: chain re-tipping, solder joint repair, stone re-setting, leather re-stitching, gold vermeil re-plating, and clasp replacement. Contact [email protected] with photos and a description of the needed repair for a quote. Repair costs and turnaround times vary based on the repair type. All paid repairs include a 6-month warranty on the repaired component.
7. Re-Plating Service
Gold vermeil jewelry can be re-plated to restore its original finish. Our re-plating service applies 2.5 microns of gold over sterling silver, matching the original specification. Cost is a flat fee per piece. Contact [email protected] to arrange re-plating. Turnaround time is typically 2-3 weeks.
8. Shipping for Warranty Claims
For approved warranty claims, the customer is responsible for shipping the item to us. We will cover return shipping (from us back to you) after repair or replacement. For high-value items ($500+), we recommend insured shipping. QELORA TRADING LLC is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit to us.
9. Remedies
For valid warranty claims, we will, at our discretion: (a) repair the defective item, (b) replace the item with the same or a comparable product, or (c) issue a full refund. If the exact product is no longer available, we will offer a comparable replacement or a full refund. The warranty period for repaired or replaced items extends 90 days beyond the original warranty expiration date.
