Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays). Processing time is separate from shipping time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Carrier delays may occur during peak seasons (holidays, sales events).
3. Shipping Destination
We currently ship within the United States only, including all 50 states, Washington D.C., and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands). We do not ship internationally at this time. International shipping will be announced when available.
4. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands) are subject to additional shipping surcharges due to increased carrier rates. The surcharge is calculated at checkout based on destination and package weight. Standard shipping to these locations may take 5-10 business days. Expedited and overnight shipping may not be available for all remote locations.
5. PO Boxes, APO/FPO, and Military Addresses
We ship to PO Boxes via USPS Standard only. Expedited and overnight shipping is not available for PO Box addresses. APO/FPO/DPO military addresses are supported via USPS Priority Mail. Delivery to military addresses may take 7-14 business days due to military postal handling. Please ensure the address format follows military address guidelines (Unit, Box, APO/FPO/DPO, AE/AP/AA, ZIP).
6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and carrier information. You can track your package on the carrier website (USPS, UPS, or FedEx). If you have not received a shipping confirmation within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at [email protected].
7. Taxes and Duties
All orders shipped within the United States are subject to applicable state and local sales tax, calculated based on the shipping address. No additional import duties or customs fees apply to U.S. domestic shipments. We do not currently ship internationally, so no international duties or taxes are applicable.
8. Shipping Delays and Carrier Liability
Shipping times are estimates provided by carriers and are not guaranteed. QELORA TRADING LLC is not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather events, natural disasters, customs inspections, incorrect shipping addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control. If your package is delayed, we recommend contacting the carrier directly with your tracking number. If your package is lost or significantly delayed (more than 10 business days beyond the estimated delivery date), contact us and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
9. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and product. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, check with neighbors and building management first, then contact us within 5 business days. We are not responsible for packages stolen from your property after delivery confirmation.
10. Address Accuracy
You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address at checkout. If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-shipping. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-shipping. If the package is delivered to an incorrect address due to your error, we are not responsible for recovery.
